The bars will close at the agreed time detailed in the contract It is the ‘Hirers’ responsibility to deliver to the venue the wines- drinks and spirits and deliver same to the tables. A room will be provided for their safe keeping. The R.M.A. accepts no responsibility for loss/theft of these goods.
The Hirer is liable for any damage or loss sustained to any property, fixtures or fittings belonging o Rainton Meadows Arena or Sash Catering Ltd as a direct result of the function. The Hirer is liable for any injury, damage or loss sustained to any property, fixtures or fittings belonging to themselves, any of their agents or persons attending the event as a direct result of the function.
The client agrees to indemnify Rainton Meadows Arena from and against all liabilities, losses, damages, costs charges and expenses, actions, proceedings, claims and demands brought against Rainton Meadows Arena arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with any breach of the Hirers obligations under any relevant contract between the client and Rainton Meadows Arena and Sash Catering Ltd.
Pyrotechnics are not allowed on the premises.
Persons other than R.M.A. staff will not be permitted behind the bars.
Any electrical equipment brought into the R.M.A. either by entertainers, kitchen hirers or others must have that equipment ‘Pat’ tested.
Any damage caused on the day of the event at the R.M.A. will be accountable and chargeable to the ‘Hirer’ Amenities and conditions applying to the hire of the kitchen Access to the kitchens is available from 7am on the day of the event. This does not include the dishwasher/storage. 'SASH Leisure Ltd' Health and Hygiene regulations must be adhered to at all times. (ask for disclaimer) All catering staff must wear, Chef Whites or hats and protective overalls. Your caterers are required to sign a Disclaimer form MR1, that they are solely responsible for all food/drink provided at your function. it is your caterers responsibility to provide all the necessary untensils to be used in the preperation and serving of meal/meals. Should there be a need for additional equipment then this must be agreed in writing with 'SASH'. No portable or L.P.G gas burners will be allowed anywhere in the R.M.A. The consumption of alcohol in the kitchen is STRICTLY forbidden. A 'Disclaimer Form MR2' must be signed by the caterers. A copy of the H.A.C.C.P. in relation to the food prepared at the R.M.A. must be forwarded to the head chef at 'SASH' 7 days piror to the event. At the conclusion of the event the kitchen used by the caterers must be thoroughly cleaned and all waste placed into plastic bin liners. Cleaning equipment and black bin bags to be provided by the caterer Terms and Conditions A provisional booking can be made by telephone or email and will be held for fourteen days. All ‘Disclaimers’ and other certification together with the deposit of £1000:00 and accompanied by a written confirmation must be deposited with the R.M.A. before the event can be confirmed. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The balance of the account must be settled four weeks prior to the event. Cancellation
In the event of the function being cancelled the following cancellation fee based on the numbers agreed/booked would apply: 124 days prior to the event 25% 123 – 93days prior to the event 50% 92 days or less 85%
